Rigorous testing and inspection are required before any component is approved for automotive use. For all customers requiring it, Mercer Spring will issue a PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) upon request. The PPAP ensures customers that we can meet the manufacturability and quality requirements of the parts supplied. High volume runs are our specialty.
