CNC Machine Operators and/or Grinders
Position Summary:
We are looking for both skilled and unskilled laborers with mechanical aptitude who would be capable of operating state-of-the-art CNC spring coiling machinery, take caliper measurements and use testing equipment. A separate job function would be that of a spring grinder. Grinding is often a finishing step in the spring making process. 

Requirements:
-A high school degree is a must.
-A trade school certificate or work experience in metal forming would be preferred.
​-Must be able to work independently once a successful in-house training program has been completed.  
-Has good mechanical aptitude, and would be able to program computer driven equipment to produce desired metal forming results.
-Able to stand for long periods of time and lift more than 35 lbs.
-Is committed to working hard to meet the demand of orders to be filled.
-Will enjoy working in a rural location.

Responsibilities will include:
-Filling orders at your work station in a timely manner.
-Keeping your work station neat and clean.
-Good communication with direct Supervisor to ensure orders are filled efficiently and safely.
-Keeping track of job orders and raw material used. 
-Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.
-Willingness to improve manufacturing process as situations arise.

Compensation Package:
This position would be an hourly wage compensatory with the amount of education and/or job experience or trade training certificate(s) that an individual possesses. We can offer steady advancement for the motivated and successful candidate.  We can also offer flexible work hours along with a comprehensive medical benefits package. A 401K package is also offered after 1 year of employment.
